Residential Property Consultation Fees

For modification of a primary mortgage (1st), the fee is….. $2,999.00 For any second mortgage on same property, the fee is….. $1,499.00 For Jumbo loan modifications, the fee is…$3499.00 For homes with sale dates, the fee is… $3499.00 Any home that is R.E.O. {Real estate owned} the fee is… $3499.00 Should a homeowner not comply with conditions of new modification, or we have to re-submit his/her modification during the process, a re-submission fee of $999.00 will be required to correct the issue. *All fees are placed and held in escrow until the loan modification is complete.

Commercial Property Consultation Fees (5 + Units)

For modification of any Commercial mortgage (1st), the fee is….. $4,999.00 For any second mortgage on same property, the fee is….. $1,999.00 Should a homeowner not comply with conditions of new modification, or we have to re-submit his/her modification during the process, a re-submission fee of $1499.00 will be required to correct the issue. *All fees are placed and held in escrow until the loan modification is complete.

What you should know:

We are an SB-94 company. Which means in order for a loan modification company to collect advance fees, they must hold valid escrow accounts in which the advanced fee(s) is deposited and retained until said services are rendered. The Mortgage Consulting Firm LLC is in full compliance with this law.
