In October 2009, California passed state bill 94, regulating upfront fees for mortgage Modifications. The bill prohibits most individuals and or organization for charging any upfront fees for modification services. There follows a list of entities there are to be Exempt from this law. The Mortgage Consulting Firm is in compliance with state bill 94 by being registered and licensed as consultant in the mortgage industry, with over 15 years in the loan finance industry. We are a License Consulting Firm and hold active Licensing with the California Secretary of State, as well as all necessary state and local Licenses and permits.

It is important to mention that we are a legal, and licensed company with the Secretary of State, and our office holds all the proper documentation and permits to consult homeowners in California and throughout the United States with their mortgages. We possess the necessary education, personnel and skill to properly negotiate your loan modification and/or re-finance. It is also important to note that we are in good standings and have NO complaints.
